Laughter and Sleep

It's still raining and windy though it isn't really cold.

I love staying with the folks in Christchurch; we always have a lot of fun and there is heaps to talk about as we have an interest in similar things and also enjoy a good debate.  We laugh a lot too, its fantastic to be with people who have a similar viewpoint and outlook about life and to catch up with each other.  

They invited old friends for dinner last night, people I have met before and we all remembered each other with much pleasure.  I haven't laughed so much for ages, it was an easy night with a great meal and good wines while we talked over life's interesting, debatable and contemporary topics.  Best fun I've had for ages!

This morning we all slept in late and felt as if we had had the sleep of kings.  I'm relaxed and feeling very happy.  The cousins are off to France later while I head back to Farnborough for a few days.  More soon ...
